What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address, whether your LLC is registered in California, whether it is inactive, and the time you signed up. When you use the contact form: your email address, your message, and the time you sent it. We don't ask for payment details, because nothing is for sale yet.

Our hosting provider receives technical data such as your IP address when you visit, as any web host does. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. Cloudflare states that it does not track individual visitors.

How we use it

To run the waitlist, to email you about this service (for example, when it opens), to reply to your messages, and to understand whether there is demand for the service. We don't sell your information and we don't share it with advertisers.

Who processes it

Your information is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site and its database. It may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries. We don't share it with anyone else, except where required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, or to delete it, or to remove you from the waitlist, at any time. Use the contact form and tell us the email address you signed up with. We'll act on the request within a reasonable time. You can also opt out of our emails by telling us, and we will stop.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and contact information until the waitlist is closed or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Do Not Track

This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals. It doesn't track you across other websites.

Children

This service is for LLC owners and isn't directed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. If the changes are significant, we'll tell people on the waitlist by email.
