Terms of use

Effective Nov 4, 2026.

What this site is

EntityKill is building a document preparation service for cancelling California LLCs. Right now this site offers a free waitlist and general information only. Nothing is for sale, no payment is taken, and joining the waitlist is not an order or a commitment on either side.

Not legal or tax advice

The information on this site, including the guide, is general information based on published government guidance. It is not legal or tax advice, and using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship or a tax-advisor relationship. EntityKill is not a law firm. Rules, forms and deadlines change, so confirm current requirements with the Franchise Tax Board and the California Secretary of State or a qualified professional before you rely on anything here.

The service may change or not launch

The planned price, features and timing shown on the site are plans, not promises. We may change them, delay the service or decide not to launch it. If you join the waitlist, we'll email you only about this service.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site's forms to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to submit someone else's information without permission, or to try to disrupt the site.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the information is complete, current or suitable for your situation.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, EntityKill is not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or from relying on its content, including taxes, penalties or fees. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that can't legally be limited.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. Terms for any paid service will be provided separately before you buy.
